Complaints and returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product purchased from us, you may exercise your right of withdrawal.

• You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. You will then receive a full refund of the purchase price.
• If you exercise your right to withdraw from the contract, please notify us by telephone at 461 12 315 or by email at [email protected].
• The returns form must be completed and attached to the returned product in order for the returns policy to apply.

• Cash on delivery items sent to polmarket.no as a claim will not be processed and will be returned to the sender.
• As soon as we receive the returned product, polmarket.no will immediately refund the funds to the account via the payment system from which the amount was paid, unless otherwise agreed.
